For an item exchange, please place a new order. To return the first item, follow the usual steps for a return and use the option in your customer profile.

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. We appreciate honest feedback and would be grateful if you share your reasons with us, as this helps us continuously improve. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

If you return a product, we only accept returns in their original or resalable condition (without dirt, hair, or signs of use). Please note that personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs. If we provide you with a return shipping label, we usually need to deduct the cost from the refund.
