Duties, taxes & fees
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. Customers are advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.
Shipping service provider & parcel status
We ship worldwide with DHL. We ship all shipments with parcel tracking and insurance, if offered by DHL. As soon as the parcel is dispatched, we automatically send an email to the customer with a tracking link that can be used to track the current status of the delivery.
Returns & exchanges
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.
The parcel can be returned using the shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured parcel with a tracking number.
Please note that a return shipment must be registered with us in advance. You can request the return either in your customer account or by email.
Additional information for returns from a non-EU country
Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as a return. If, due to incorrect labeling, the return can only be accepted against payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount.
