Please note that our gift cards are valid for three years, so be sure to redeem them within this period.

To redeem your TYRAS Dog Gear gift card, simply customize your desired products as usual on our online store. During the checkout process, you’ll find a field where you can enter the gift card code.

If you’ve received a gift card with a high value, you can use the balance across multiple orders. Our system tracks each gift card code and deducts only the amount of your current order from the gift card balance.

If the order total exceeds the balance of your gift card, the remaining amount will be charged to your selected payment method.
