In January 2023, I realized a long-held dream by founding TYRAS Dog Gear, which combines two of my lifelong passions: my enthusiasm for handcrafting, especially sewing, and my love for especially large dog breeds.
As the proud owner of Great Danes, I noticed that conventional collars quickly reached their limits. I then decided to make the collars myself. From the very beginning, it was clear to me that my products had to meet the highest standards. To ensure first-class quality of the seams, I invested early on in a high-quality industrial sewing machine and carefully searched for reliable suppliers of the best materials.
It didn't take long to see that my self-made products were significantly more durable. Inspired by positive feedback from those around me, I took the step of selling my products. The response was consistently positive and the reputation of my products spread quickly. Due to encouraging feedback, I decided to continue pursuing my passion and drive TYRAS Dog Gear forward.
We've reached a point where all customer orders at TYRAS Dog Gear are individually tailored by a small team in our workshop to ensure that each product meets the highest quality standards.
